Congratulations and thank you for participating in KISS 107 contests and giveaways! In order to serve you better, below are a few of our prize policies for WKFS on-air, on-site text and online prize winners. ADDITIONAL RULES MAY APPLY. Please see the Official Contest Rules for the contest in which you are participating for complete details. Your consideration and cooperation is appreciated.
- For prizes valued UNDER $100, we allow one winner per household every thirty (30) days. If the prize value EXCEEDS $100, one winner per household will be allowed every ninety (90) days from any Clear Channel station. “Per household” is defined as anyone living at your place of residence (including spouses, children, parents, significant others and/or roommates).
- Each winner is required to complete a W-9 Tax Form on any and all prizes awarded, regardless of the value. If you win over $600 in prizes, individually or collectively from Clear Channel radio stations within one calendar year, you will receive a Form 1099 that will also be filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
- Each winner must sign a Waiver and Release Form prior to receiving his or her prize.
- Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.
- All prizes must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of the contest end date unless otherwise noted.
- Movie Passes do not guarantee admission. We suggest that you arrive early to obtain the best seating.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to play, compete and/or win any contest, unless otherwise stated in the Official Contest Rules for the contest in which you are participating.

- You may not play, compete and/or win any contest on behalf of any person other than yourself.
- You must have a valid state-issued picture ID in order to claim your prize.
- Prizes won in local contests must be claimed in-person by the official contest winner.
- Prizes won in local contests will not be sent by mail.
- Prizes may be picked up weekdays between the hours of 9am and 5pm, excluding holidays.
- Unless otherwise advised, prizes may be picked up AFTER 12NOON one business day after winning.
- If you have won twice within a 30- or 90-day period (see above), you will only be awarded the prize from the first contest in which you participated. You will be disqualified from the second contest and will not be awarded a prize for that contest. You will not be eligible to win again until 30 or 90 days from the date on which you first won.
